NEW WEBSITE for Schwaben Personal OHG

The Swabian personnel service provider Schwaben Personal, which has been operating in the Stuttgart area since 2005 with 6 branches, 65 internal and 1,200 external employees, wanted a relaunch of its website that would meet modern requirements: responsive, search engine optimised and based on a CMS. The new website should also be able to be modified and updated independently by the employees.

The mission for our FMD was thus set: a fresh, personalised, aesthetic and mobile website!

Since Schwaben Personal addresses two different target groups - applicants and companies - it was clear to our FMD that we would pick up and inspire both equally. After a comprehensive card sorting process, in which notes with topics were moved back and forth until the content structure of the new site was perfect, the next step was to create and develop the site, always in close cooperation with the client.

In mid-June the time had come: the new website went online and is now completely convincing both target groups. Thanks to the ingenious information architecture and navigation, applicants and companies can find their way around quickly: what are the current vacancies? Why can temporary employment be advantageous? Can Schwaben Personal find suitable employees for my company? Does Schwaben Personal suit me? All these questions are quickly, personally and honestly examined and answered. Anyone looking for a job or new employees feels that Schwaben Personal is the right partner for them. And this is exactly what the new website is all about!
