Katrin Jetter for Employer Branding

With Katrin Jetter, 35, we are expanding our employer branding. As a senior consultant, Katrin focuses on all areas of personnel marketing and employer branding, from trainee and university marketing, strategy workshops to completely new employer appearances, both internal and external.

Born in Stuttgart and with a degree in business administration, she worked for the KÖNIGSSTEINER AGENCY for 12 years in advance and initially headed up the customer service department. From 2010, Katrin built up and continuously developed the personnel marketing department here - from personnel selection to portfolio development and sales training - and also organised customer events and gave regular lectures on the subject of personnel marketing.

The mother of a small daughter is looking forward to the new challenge at Full Moon. Together with Benjamin Bornemann, she strategically advises and analyses companies and sustainably implements measures for an authentic employer brand.
