A healthy cooperation for young people

"Health is not everything, but without health everything is nothing." This is one of the best known quotes when it comes to our health. Its author is the former medical and later philosophy student Arthur Schopenhauer (†1860). More than 150 years have passed since these words were spoken. What remains is the fact that well-being is and will always be important for each of us.

Health prevention concerns each and every one of us. The sooner we start thinking about our health, the sooner we can contain and in the best case even prevent serious diseases. It is therefore important to anchor the awareness of a healthy body in the minds of the next generation as early as possible. Full Moon Kids - the Stuttgart-based specialist agency for children, youth, family and educational communication - has recently started cooperating with the management consultancy meisterleistung. "With the experts from meisterleistung, we are getting a well-founded partner for 'Health through Sport' into our company," says Rebecca Bittner, Managing Director of Full Moon Kids. The company meisterleistung was founded in 2005 by Christian Bauer and Steffen Kramer at the Institute of Sports Science at the University of Stuttgart. With more than 100 consultants and a scientific advisory board of international doctors and professors, they develop tailor-made health promotion measures for companies.

Full Moon Kids, with its 30 KIDSperten, which specialise in the target group of young people, is expanding its services in the health sector through this cooperation. In future, the education agency and the health specialist will work together conceptually whenever a background in sports science and sports education is required. Thus, prevention projects for children, adolescents, families and students are to be implemented in a targeted manner, integrating health and sport into the everyday lives of young people.
