Be part of our future

Under the motto "be part of our future", the Full Moon Event implemented a two-day employee event for a large Stuttgart automobile group. The event was attended by 250 executives, from top management to team leaders, from all the countries where the compact classes are produced - China, Hungary, Mexico, France and of course Germany. The goals and strategies for the coming year were discussed. In addition, the international guests were able to exchange ideas and network with each other in a great atmosphere.

The exclusive event and charter ship "Sonnenkönigin" offered a great backdrop for the event on the first day. Already on arrival the guests were spoiled all around. With a refreshing aperitif on the sun deck, the "Sonnenkönigin" set sail from the harbour with a fantastic view of the Konstanz skyline and Lake Constance. After the welcome, a delicious meal and an exciting lecture awaited the participants. The first-class keynote speaker Lars Thomsen - the world's leading futurologist from Hamburg - gave an insight into future developments as well as upcoming opportunities and challenges in the automotive industry. Afterwards, interesting discussions and a DJ made for an entertaining evening.

On the second day, the event continued in an exciting way at the Group's new test and technology centre. In the innovative technology centre the guests had the opportunity to participate in 17 different workshops, driving experiences, lectures and live demonstrations as well as to take a look into the future of new vehicle models. Culinary delights were also on offer - from Asian, Hungarian, French and Swabian - the internationality of the guests was reflected in the choice of food trucks.

Our Full Moon Event put together a great event. The participants were able to answer various questions about their interests before the event. What is your favourite hobby, favourite food or favourite colour?  This data was then analysed and directly incorporated into the design of the event. Depending on their interests and hobbies, the international guests were distributed at the tables. This gave them plenty to talk about and plenty of room for exciting discussions throughout the day.
