With Netze BW GmbH, the Full Moon Promotion 2017 gained an important new customer. The aim of the cooperation was to create a new brand image, which was implemented in the form of the Kümmerer campaign and the associated brand promise "We'll take care of it". In cooperation with Full Moon Communication, a key visual as well as various image worlds for the individual thrusts of the distribution network operator were shot and created.
The internal communication of the brand promise was carried out through a roadshow, the so-called "Kümmerer-Tour", which was conceived and carried out by Full Moon Promotion. The new brand promise was presented to employees of Netze BW GmbH at 13 company locations in Baden-Württemberg. Trained colleagues introduced them to the topic at a campaign stand and gave them the relevant information material.
The roadshow ended with the inauguration of the Kümmerer Lounge in the EnBW-City, which was redesigned as part of the project.
