The parcel and express service provider GLS Germany is part of the international GLS Group. GLS Germany has around 70 depots throughout Germany and employs over 8,000 people. The central European transshipment point is located in Neuenstein in Eastern Hesse, the IT location is near Frankfurt/Main. 

In order to make GLS Germany even better known as an employer and to put the EVP in the right light, Full Moon Brandcode as a specialized full service employer branding agency supported the employer branding regarding the career website with strategic consulting, technical and graphical implementation as well as textual expertise. We completely redesigned the existing career page and taught the various options for presenting the employer brand in a state-of-the-art way in a website workshop.

 We placed great emphasis on an appealing graphic design and conveyed an attractive look with a new screen design. We also developed an appealing, intuitive content structure with relevant and attention-grabbing texts for fresh talent on the cutting edge. We implemented advanced tabs as a direct entry point for the respective target group. 

It was important for GLS Germany and us to include the employees as testimonials, who give authentic insights into their daily work. Therefore, we implemented an employee photo shoot with subsequent image processing.
