DAT | Agile Coaching

Deutsche Automobil Treuhand GmbH (DAT) is an internationally active company in the automotive industry that collects, prepares and structures comprehensive motor vehicle data and then makes it available to the market across a wide range of media. There was potential for improving processes in the area of software development, which was to be achieved with the help of agile methods. In this context, several training sessions were held by Pascal Naujoks for the staff of the software development and project management departments. The project was extended and sustainably supported by coaching during the Scrum events as well as by personal coaching.
