The innovative startup XL2 is a joint venture of the global players Audi and Capgemini, which was founded at the beginning of 2020. It advises and supports the automotive industry, in particular Audi and the Volkswagen Group, on digital transformation issues. In doing so, it also offers SAP consulting, for example. The young company is growing rapidly and is therefore looking for new employees with five to ten years of professional experience.

Together with XL2, we defined XL2's EVP and developed a sharp profile of the employer brand. We created an attractive branding and constructed the attention-grabbing employer branding campaign "be XL2gether", which we implemented both in print (outdoor advertising) and digitally. We worked out new recruiting ideas and found unusual and inspiring recruiting approaches.

Full Moon Brandcode took over the consulting regarding the measures and the channels to be used in the employer branding process and created a roadmap for this. In the course of this, we took over the complete media planning and design, carried out photo shoots and developed a modular trade fair stand as well as branding giveaways for internal events.
