We took over the further development and strengthening of a personal brand on social media for a large German automobile manufacturer. As a full-service employer branding agency, we managed the LinkedIn account of an executive with over 40,000 followers.

For this, we developed a content and channel strategy including a visual concept and created an editorial plan. We planned, created and published posts relevant to the target group, taking into account the current LinkedIn algorithm.
To monitor success, we identified relevant key performance indicators and continuously reviewed the KPIs for regular reporting using an analysis tool.

For us and our internationally operating client, a uniform image world was important, which is why we not only developed a holistic visual concept, but also carried out a photo shoot within the group.
