The Global TechMasters is the competition of the best service teams in the world, who do their utmost every day to achieve "Best Customer Experience". The Mercedes-Benz Global TechMasters took place for the tenth time in Stuttgart from 15 to 17 November 2016.

The teams consist of workshop employees and service staff in Mercedes-Benz after-sales, who qualified in national competitions and now competed in the finals in Stuttgart.
