GTÜ Agile Coaching

The Gesellschaft für Technische Überwachung - GTÜ for short, has been a testing organisation of freelance motor vehicle experts and test engineers for 40 years now! We were commissioned to support the marketing team in evaluating possible improvements in the team's organisation and cooperation. An agile approach and the topic of New Work are particularly important to the team.

With the help of a personal online employee survey in individual meetings, the needs of the team members were identified and collected by Agile Coach Pascal Naujoks. The results were discussed in several joint meetings, and it was decided which challenges the team should tackle first.
By means of time-limited experiments, problem areas were now defined, and success criteria and responsibilities were recorded.

In this way, the marketing team was able to try out and implement its first changes in the team organisation in a safe environment within a short period of time.
