APCOA Parking is the leading car park operator in Europe. The APCOA parking company maintains around 1, 3 million parking facilities in over 7,500 locations in more than 12 countries. For APCOA Germany and 11 other European countries FULL Moon Digital designed the technological concept for a contemporary responsive platform, developed on the basis of TYPO3 and converted on a technologically high standard. The location data of 16 establishments were migrated by heterogeneous applications in a collective system. The results: an international location database that accommodates all establishment clients in separately structured branches, in a central system. Visitors of the APCOA sites can now search relevant locations by different, but always comfortable, ways, using an integrated Google Maps function. Additionally, a complex price matrix and a calculations-applied logic was implemented, which allows a calculation of long-term parking tickets for various time models, and the online booking of these within the scope of a booking series. Orders are directly transferred into the ERP system “Navision” by an interface.
