With all personnel-supported live communication measures, we pay attention to an approach adapted to your target group. For this purpose, we provide you with a team exclusively adapted to your needs in cooperation with our Full Moon People, which is trained and supervised by us. We implement measures at the POS and road shows efficiently and target-oriented through our access to 16 personnel pools in the DACH region. During the casting process, we make sure that promoters, expert mothers and fathers and professionals have sound pedagogical knowledge and personal skills. Particularly in projects for children and young people, every member of staff is given pedagogical training and qualified for use at the POS. We have both prospective and practicing pedagogues in our personnel pool especially for the field of educational communication. They provide support in the conception and preparation of workshops for the young target group and the qualification of further pedagogically trained staff. In our pool of experts we distinguish between pedagogically trained specialists, pedagogues, expert mothers and fathers and professionals.
The staff employed by us is tested and trained for their pedagogical aptitude in order to guarantee continuous quality. Currently, our pool of personnel comprises over 1,000 pedagogically trained hostesses and promoters. The trustful cooperation with certified partner agencies in the D-A-CH region is very important to us.
We have teachers under contract throughout the D-A-CH region who create and implement educational communication measures with us, either in addition to their teaching duties or in preparation for them. Our educational communication team works together with experts to develop project-oriented solutions for a wide range of specialist areas that appeal to the young target group or teachers in particular.
In Germany, Austria and Switzerland, we use permanent expert mothers and fathers to ensure communication at eye level. At trade fairs or at the POS, they advise freshly baked or expectant parents on services and products.
Over the years, we have built up a pool of professionals to provide all-round support for pan-European roadshows of all sizes. As specialists for truck handling, logistics, material handling, assembly and dismantling as well as personnel coordination at home and abroad, our partners are a guarantee for reliable implementation. In addition, our professionals are selected, trained and prepared for use in roadshows for children, young people and families throughout Europe according to pedagogical suitability.
