Mercedes-Benz Vans Service-App-prototype

We designed and developed an app prototype for Mercedes-Benz Vans, which offers extensive information and support for the workshop visit for carriers, craftsmen & Co. 

The app contains appointment information, status of the service, an appointment overview with booking options and the latest offers. 

A special highlight of the app is an interactive exploration of the workshop via beacons installed at three locations. At each beacon location, the customer receives more detailed information about the location and completes a module. As soon as he has visited all three beacons, he will receive a small thank you.

During a three-day trial, we tested the Digital Service Assistant Prototype.
