ETAS Employer Branding Strategy & Career Page
ETAS GmbH stands for innovative solutions for the development of embedded systems for the automotive industry and other sectors. In order to place the need for new skilled personnel on the labour market, we developed an employer branding strategy & career website for the subsidiary of the Bosch Group. Within the brand architecture, the corporate brand & employer brand were interlocked to reflect a stringent communication presence in the market. In line with the new brand DNA, the structures & content in the career section were created to suit the target group and text, image and video content was produced for the different career target groups. The mix of emotional large-scale images and appealing video content presents ETAS as an attractive employer & innovation driver in the international labour market of the industry. The user-friendly career website is available to users in nine different countries in German or English with adapted country content. The career section offers clearly structured insights into the working world of ETAS and makes the employer values of the employer digitally tangible for new potential applicants. In order to convey the perception of the employer brand even more authentically, the photo and video production was implemented with real ETAS employees.
