DIREKT Sprachreisen has been offering individual language holidays for adults, teenagers and children since 1999. The website needed a structural, design-related and technology relaunch.

We designed and developed a modern website for our long-standing customer DIREKT Sprachreisen, for whom we had previously provided only technical support. In a workshop we defined the pain points and challenges of DIREKT Sprachreisen and developed a navigation structure. Fresh colours, new fonts and emotional, large-scale images awake the desire to go on a language trip.

A special course finder prominently displayed on the homepage offers an individual and quick access to the desired courses. To simplify the booking process in general, the tour operator's TYPO3 system was expanded to include intelligent offer management. Thanks to an optimised usability backend function, interested customers can now be provided with an individual course offer. At the same time, a reservation form was created. The customer immediately receives an automatic e-mail as a PDF file containing all the details of the tour. Have a good trip!
